Tropical Betty Cosmetics is a privately owned Chicago based women's business enterprise (WBE) with a unique line that specializes in products that are tropical in nature. Our products are made with natural ingredients and are infused with flavors and fragrances reminiscent of the tropics.

Laura DeRousse, founder and president of Tropical Betty Cosmetics, has spent much time in the world's most beautiful tropical destinations. Her travels have taken her on one dozen trips to the Hawaiian Islands, and have also included visits to a lengthy list of Caribbean hideaways such as Jamaica, Barbados, St. Thomas, St. Martin, Martinique, The Cayman Islands and Belize, as well as Mexico and Bermuda. These travels and experiences have served as the inspiration for the line and its natural, flavorful and fragrant signatures.

We are continuously striving to produce the highest quality products while meeting the needs of the different women who make up our client base. Our line includes colors and textures that are suitable for a wide range of skintones and types. The products work well alone or in combination with other makeup. No matter which products you choose, the flavors and fragrances are a tropical vacation in a bottle.
